eet the Seasons People
We strive to attract and retain only uniquely gifted individuals to staff our caregiving team - those who possess a high degree of integrity, dependability, compassion and competence as well as a genuine desire to serve others. Each selected candidate undergoes a series of in-depth interviews, an employment history review and a criminal background check. Only after successfully completing these will an individual be considered for joining the Seasons HomeCare Team.
We are comitted to staffing and maintaining the best caregivers possible. All caregivers undergo initial orientation as well as education relative to effective communication and the promotion of a healthy diet. To satisfy unique personal care needs, our caregivers are continually educated and tested on the latest advancements.
